Common Questions

Before you book

Your first session is a 60-minute private consultation. Your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment covering your history and background, then move to the gym area to monitor and analyse your movement patterns. This helps accurately diagnose your injury. After diagnosis, a full injury rehabilitation plan will be mapped out for you.
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. However, if you're claiming through a specific insurance scheme (such as WorkCover, TAC, or an EPC plan through Medicare), you may need a referral. Feel free to call us on 0428 109 400 if you're unsure.
Yes, our physiotherapy services are all claimable on your private health insurance or sports insurance. We have HICAPS facilities on site for instant claiming.
At RAD, your physiotherapist and strength & conditioning coach are under the same roof and collaborate on your recovery. This means supervised exercise rehabilitation, correct technique on every movement, and a seamless transition from treatment table to gym floor to the sporting arena. Most traditional clinics don't offer this integrated approach.
Absolutely. At RAD, our definition of an athlete is "anyone striving to be the best version of themselves." Whether you're recovering from a weekend sport injury, a work-related issue, or post-surgery — our team will tailor your rehab to your specific needs and goals.
RAD Centre is located at Selkirk Stadium, 989 Norman Street, Wendouree VIC. We're part of the new Selkirk Stadium precinct in Ballarat.
