Shortly after testing, you’ll get an easy-to-read report showing your strengths, weaknesses, blind spots, and injury risk.
Based on your results, you’ll walk away with your first week of training already set. Plus, a consultation with one of our performance coaches to map the path forward.
Spots are limited each month because we’re committed to quality over quantity. We only take on a small number of athletes per testing round to ensure that each one gets full attention, accurate data, and a plan that works.
